The second interactive workshop on advocacy priorities in the field of direct services for migrants

workshop

On Friday 17 February, 10 am, we invite you to participate in the second interactive workshop to discuss advocacy priorities in the field of direct services for migrants.

Representatives of non-governmental organisations and experts interested in the necessary changes in legislation and institutional practices in Romania regarding migrants will continue the discussions initiated on 25 January on creating a Coalition and the common actions of the latter on the short and medium term. The common advocacy actions will materialise in proposals for amending legislation or institutional practices to ensure that immigrants in Romania are granted access to education, labour, health services or other public services.
The workshop on 17 February will be held at 9 Comănița St., Bucharest (near the crossroad between Eminescu and Icoanei streets).

Participation is also possible online, by accessing the following link:

The event is organised by the Romanian Association for Health Promotion (ARPS) and their partners - the Advocacy Academy in Timisoara and the Centre for Intercultural Research and Communication in Iași, within EMINET project - Development of a network of NGOs activating in the field of migration, co-funded by a Swiss grant through the Swiss Contribution to the extended European Union.
