A Handbook on European law relating to asylum, borders and immigration was issued in July this year. The document is jointly produced by the European Court of Human Rights and the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).
The handbook examines the relevant law in the field of asylum, borders and immigration, providing an accessible guide to the relevant standards in these areas.
It is designed to assist legal practitioners at national and European level, including lawyers, judges, prosecutors, border guards, immigration officials, as well as non-governmental organisations and other bodies that may be confronted with legal questions in these areas.
The handbook covers a wide variety of subjects and can be consulted at http://fra.europa.eu/en/publication/2013/handbook-european-law-relating-asylum-borders-and-immigration, in Italian, English, German, French.
