SNSPA hires an expert within their Centre for Migration

The National School of Political Science and Public Administration in Bucharest (SNSPA) opens a new vacancy of expert within the Centre for Migration.

According to the job announcement posted on their website, in order to occupy a contractual vacancy or temporary vacancy, candidates have to meet the following general conditions, as per Art. 3 of the Framework Regulation approved by Governmental Decision no. 286/23.03.2011, consolidated:

a) is a citizen of Romania, of another European Union Member State or of a state in the European Economic Area and is domiciled in Romania;
b) has knowledge of Romanian language, written and spoken;
c) has the minimum age as per legal provisions;
d) has full legal competence;
e) has an appropriate health condition for the position they apply for, confirmed by the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or the competent medical units;
f) meets the education and, if applicable, experience requirements or other specific conditions as per the job description;

g) has not been subject to any definitive sentence for an offence against humanity, against the state or against authority, for a professional or job-related offence, for an offence which hinders the enforcement of law, an offence of forgery or deeds of corruption or for an offence made with malicious intent, which would render that person incompatible with the exertion of the position, except for the case when the person has been rehabilitated.

According to Art. 6 of the Framework Regulation setting the general principles for occupying a vacancy or temporary vacancy for contractual positions and the promotion criteria to access the next professional grade or level in the budget sector paid from public funds, candidates shall submit a contest file with the following documents, in order to register for the contest:

a. contest registration application addressed to the manager of the organising public authority or institution;

b. copy of the identity card or any other document proving identity, according to the law, as the case may be;

c. copies of the documents acknowledging the level of education and other documents proving specialisations, as well as copies of the documents proving compliance with the specific job requirements of the public authority or institution;

d. copies of the labour book or, as the case may be, of certificates proving length of service or seniority in that profession and/or in the speciality of studies;

e. the criminal record certificate or a statutory declaration to the effect that the person has no criminal record which would make them incompatible with the position they candidate for; f. a medical certificate attesting the appropriate medical condition, issued maximum 6 months prior to the contest date by the candidate's family doctor or by competent medical units;

g. a curriculum vitae.
